Constructed in 1900 and featuring three bays divided by two square cast iron columns, and pilasters, this building is a fine example of an early 20th century small town commercial building. The decorative windows above storefront and entry doors demonstrate downtown Grapevine's most common significant architectural features: large distinctive transoms.
